Well, what he mean it's that in deviantArt, according to the FAQ 565 ( [link] ) (I will copy and paste some parts of it):

Then, what would be wrong with your submissions would be mostly the "icon" of your page -falart . com- that you have posted in your submissions, and the Angry soldier with strange machinegun, as it depics what would be considered a sexual toy. However, the rest of the images are within the "limits" of dA, with the exceptions noted.
I suggest you to edit the images and remove the icon of your page -or use a modified one-, and to eliminate or censor the "strange machinegun". In that way, you shouldn't have any problem in dA. :3
Not sure how you do it in the Netherlands but read the ToS for this site before posting this tasteless bull ya? Pretty sure even douche bags from NL have to follow the same rules the rest of us do.
